About Kiln Legal

Sean A. Wagnon - Owner

Kiln was born from my hobbyist need to create and build, my excitement to shape and grow the businesses and people in my community that are doing good work, and my desire to support my family’s refusal to fit into a neat box.

I aim to bring a warm and accessible touch to complex matters. I offer the technical acumen and precision that comes from international large law firm experience, with the nimble efficiency of a solo shop.

I am experienced in representing private and public companies, startups, venture capital funds, and private equity sponsors of all shapes and sizes. I have led a variety of strategic transactions and investments across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, food and beverage, sports and entertainment, insurance, manufacturing, and natural resources.
